Executive LINK
Executive LINK is a unique 9 month program, tailored specifically for public health sector executives who aspire to a CEO role, or wish to challenge and develop themselves in their current role.
Executive LINK builds leadership capacity in the Victorian public health sector and inspires health executives to- lead innovation to deliver best care
- expand their networks
- challenge the status quo and drive reform
- continue to positively influence the health system.
Executive LINK at a glance
The Executive LINK program includes:
- a 360-degree survey and emotional intelligence self assessment which will be used to assist you to create a personal development plan
- five or more individual executive coaching sessions
- five workshops including a two-day residential
- three evenings with national and international expert guest speakers
- three half-day leadership labs
- collaborative leadership projects with other program participants to be presented to the Secretary or Minister for Health
- a final presentation dinner where LINK Certificates will be awarded by the Secretary of the Department of Health or Minister for Health.
In recognition of the importance of leadership development in the health sector, the Executive LINK Program is fully funded by the department.
