LINK in Health

Connected people make the system work

The LINK in Health program was developed in response to research commissioned by the former Victorian Health Service Management and Innovation Council (VHSMIC). The research indicated a need for leadership development targeting specific levels and a leadership capability framework to underpin leadership development for public sector health staff in Victoria.

LINK in Health is the department of Health’s flagship leadership program for the State’s publicly funded health services.

The department is proud to support the LINK in Health Leadership framework and development model.

The LINK in Health program is managed by the Health Service Reform and Innovation Unit. The Unit sets direction for reform and innovation work to align policies, programs and reform activities for health services.
