Over two days healthcare professionals heard from exceptional local and global healthcare experts presenting on strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
Speakers included Dr John Øvretveit, Director of Research and Professor of Health Innovation Implementation and Evaluation at the Karolinska Institute Medical Management Centre, Stockholm, Penny Burke, Director of Essence Communications and Martyn Newman, Chief Executive of RocheMartin. Delegates also heard about award winning Victorian initiatives and the latest innovations using redesign.
