Arrangements for the supply of  ABATACEPT, ADALIMUMAB, AMBRISENTAN, AZACITIDINE, BOSENTAN, ECULIZUMAB, ELTROMBOPAG, EPOPROSTENOL, ETANERCEPT, ILOPROST, INFLIXIMAB, IVACAFTOR, LENALIDOMIDE, MACITENTAN, OMALIZUMAB, POMALIDOMIDE, RITUXIMAB, ROMIPLOSTIM, SILDENAFIL, TADALAFIL, TOCILIZUMAB  and VEDOLIZUMAB: All Commonwealth funded supply of these drugs require individual patient authority approval from Medicare Australia prior to dispensing. Doctors authorised to prescribe HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C treatments

To be eligible to prescribe HIV/AIDS and/or Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C drugs under section 100 of the National Health Act, community (non-hospital) doctors must complete a series of special training programs, which are run through Networking Health Victoria.
