This free introductory seminar is for staff at agencies and health services that collect, disclose or hold health information in Victoria. It will provide an overview of Victorian privacy legislation with a focus on health. Health Privacy Principles, case studies and organisational responsibilities will be covered, with opportunities for questions and discussion.

The Office of the Health Services Commissioner has contracted e3Learning Solutions to offer organisations regulated by the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic) access to a free online training course for their staff.
This course will suit those in need of a refresher or who have had no exposure to the HRA or Health Privacy Principles.
Please note: This course is provided by e3 Learning Solutions and all queries in relation to accessing the training module needs to be directed to them.
