Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV)Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) is established under section 129 of the Health Services Act 2001 (the Act). It is a public authority that represents the Crown. The major function of HPV is to facilitate access to the supply of goods and services to public hospitals and other health services on best value terms. This includes the development of policies related to the supply of goods and services and the management and disposal of goods. DHS annually seeks expressions of interest and applications to fill positions on the HPV Board. Forms and Instructions for Candidates for 2008 (Applications for 2008 positions are closed) Candidates are required to complete and submit the below documents. A hardcopy and an electronic copy of these documents must be submitted to Victor Liew respectively at the postal address and email address below. The hardcopy must be typed and appropriately signed. Victor Liew and An electronic copy must be emailed to victor.liew@dhs.vic.gov.au
