PDF reader.
Do
you require "tagged" or "accessible" pdfs? (accessible
pdfs are able to be read using adaptive technologies)
If you are having trouble opening large files try right clicking on
the file and save it to your computer and open it from there |
List of data fields (data dictionaries)
The following data fields (data dictionaries) provide a listing
of all available items in the datasets.
These documents provide the following information:
- Data Field Description
- Variable Name
- Format
- Definition
Refer to the notes section of each document for specific information
relating data fields. There may be some variables that change over
financial years.
Data dictionaries for the most recent year are in draft format
and will continue to be updated throughout the year.
Reference Data for individual
data items in the Victorian Admitted Episodes Dataset (VAED),
Victorian Emergency Minimum Dataset (VEMD) and Elective Surgery
Information System (ESIS)
All reference data for these three datasets are available. To
request a copy, please contact: VHIRS.helpdesk@dhs.vic.gov.au and
quote AcuteRefData.mdb. This database also outputs reference data
in the syntax for spss labels.
