Health Status Atlas
The Health Status Atlas improves the visual communication of location-based statistical data. Public health statistics, indicators, geographic patterns and trends are presented graphically. The Atlas permits the report reader to explore the data behind reports for themselves.
The Atlas provides highly-interactive online reports that combine statistics and map data to improve data visualization, enhance communication, and engage people in more informed decision making. It also provides a tool for monitoring the performance of health resources and presenting survey results. The data and maps are relevant to anyone interested in the health of the community in general and in particular to health analysts, researchers, statisticians, epidemiologists, data managers and GIS experts.
