Obtaining Support for PICQ

From time to time when using PICQ you may encounter issues that cannot be readily resolved at your site. The process for obtaining help for these issues is as follows:

(1) DHS is the first point of contact for Victorian hospital based users. Contact HDSS by emailing: HDSS.HelpDesk@dhs.vic.gov.au

(2) In the event that DHS is unable to assist users, the query will be forwarded to NCCH, who will respond as soon as possible.

DHS will compile a list of user questions and relevant DHS/NCCH responses, which will be sent to NCCH each month. This list will help to form the basis of information NCCH makes available to PICQ users.
