IM Community of Practice: Open Forum

Overview

The DHS Information Management Community of Practice (IM CoP) provides a forum for discussion, promotion of best practice and skills sharing in the context of the DHS Information Management Strategy.

The IM CoP was originally established for internal DHS staff involved in the development, use and management of information and data across DHS head office divisions, and in the regions.

Due to growing interest from the funded sector in the DHS IM CoP, in 2008 the Information Management Strategy Unit established a new forum under the banner of IM CoP, called IM CoP: Open Forum.

For those who have not attended, the IM CoP: Open Forum is your opportunity to hear first hand about the DHS IM Strategy, both within DHS and in the funded sector. It also a great opportunity to speak with DHS data custodians about data collection and reporting requirements of funded organisations.
