Summary
The Guide provides methods and measures to manage the risks of providing home care services. The information is structured to be compatible with common approaches to managing home care services and to cover common health and safety hazards found in the industry. The information is presented in the context of the OHS obligations of respective duty holders and also provides a basis for identifying and meeting OHS compliance requirements. In Victoria HACC service providers who provide home care services (as defined in the Guide) are required to implement the Guide.
