Social support review papersPage contents: Summary | Download documents SummaryA review of the range and effectiveness of models of social support and respite services funded by the Home and Community Care (HACC) Program and the Aged Care Support for Carers Program (SCP) in Victoria in terms of ability to meet needs of clients into the future within the principles of an Active Service Model (ASM) framework and the Well for Life principles and philosophy was undertaken across 2009-10 by Health Outcomes International (HOI). There were three phases to the project.
Each of these phases has its own report. The final report is a perspective from HOI drawing the information together and providing considerations for the Aged Care Branch into the future. The department will provide a response to these reports in due course. Download documents
