Summary

This guide lists twenty-one software products currently used by agencies delivering services under the Home and Community Care (HACC) Program in Victoria to collect and report their Minimum Data Set version 2.

The particular focus of the guide is the ability of a system to collect the Victorian version of the HACC MDS version 2 and to report the data in the correct format to the Department of Human Services. Information about whether a system incorporates the Service Coordination Tools is also included where available.
