Victorian HACC Plans for the first triennium 2003-06
Regional plans
All eight regional plans have a three-year planning horizon, 2003-04–2005-06
with goals for service expansion for the three-year period, subject to State
and Commonwealth Government budget decisions. The objective is to expand HACC
services where demand for services is greatest.
