HACC in VictoriaThe Home and Community Care (HACC) Program is Victoria’s principal source of funding for services that support frail aged people, younger people with disabilities, and carers. In Victoria the program supports over 275,000 frail older people and people with disabilities.
HACC Program brochure and rights and responsibilities document in 21 languagesAs part of the Culturally Equitable Gateways Strategy a HACC Program brochure outlining the Program and a rights and responsibilities document have been produced and translated into 21 languages, including English. These are available for agencies to download and incorporate into their HACC communications.
