Viewing MDS reports on the Funded Agency Channel (FAC)Page content: Overview | How do I access the HACC MDS reports? | Contact details / More information | Links OverviewHACC Service Providers can access their quarterly HACC MDS (Minimum Data Set) feedback reports on the Internet by logging onto the Department's Funded Agency Channel (FAC) website. The HACC MDS feedback reports are intended for Victorian HACC service providers. Note: the material on FAC will be updated daily during the transmission period. This gives you an opportunity to correct and re-send any files before the end of the collection period.
