Donating food
Access to a regular food supply is a basic human need, and a number of charities are dedicated to helping Victorians meet this need.
Many food businesses also generously support the efforts of these charities.
Other businesses may be interested in donating food but may not be sure if they can give food away legally, and what their responsibilities are under the Victorian Food Act. The following flyer explains how food can be given to charities.
