Overview

The Department of Health (DH) Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) has identified a number of issues in relation to specific aspects of research or types of research which often arise, and has clarified its position on these issues. Researchers are urged to comply with the following guidelines so that the approval of their research is not delayed by additional requests from the Committee.
