This address should be used for the postal submission of applications and other correspondence to the DH HREC. Hand-delivered submissions (addressed as above) must be taken to the mailroom in the basement of 50 Lonsdale St (enter the basement carpark from Little Lonsdale St and ask to be directed to the mailroom).

If you are submitting new applications or other correspondence to a meeting of the DH HREC, please phone or email the Secretary to inform him of your submission to ensure safety of delivery.

Please note that the Secretary of the DH HREC reserves the right to limit the number of new applications accepted for each meeting dependent on the amount of business to be considered by the Committee. Therefore, it is highly recommended that researchers submit applications as early as possible prior to the meeting at which they wish their application to be considered, as applications will be accepted on a ‘first in, first served’ basis.
