Solariums: Fashion to Die ForOn 19 November 2009, the Minister for Health, Daniel Andrews, MP launched a Victorian campaign called 'Fashion to die for' to make people aware of the dangers of contracting skin cancer from solariums. The campaign is funded by the Brumby Government and has been delivered by the Cancer Council Victoria's SunSmart program. The 'Solariums - Fashion to Die For' campaign is designed to appeal to the fashion conscious, and to make people aware of the increased risk of skin cancer from using solariums. For more information on the campaign visit the Sunsmart web site. |
