Young people & drug needs analysis

This report was conducted to provide a needs analysis of young people with problematic substance abuse in order to define their treatment and support needs. Consultations were held with Youth Alcohol and Drug service providers right across Victoria, as were focus groups, questionnaires and interviews with young people and parents. The report provides a detailed profile of young people and their problematic substance abuse, analyses their treatment and support needs and makes recommendations in relation to ongoing research programs and strategic processes to facilitate an integrated approach to service development.
