Service quality and review

The Service Quality and Review team aims to ensure that Victoria's drug service system is of a high quality, easily accessible, responsive and comprehensive. The Unit has particular responsibility for service quality through the evaluation and review of drug treatment services, and the coordination and monitoring of quality projects and research.
