Heroin overdose prevention campaign - treatment
The key messages were developed with the sector and users to communicate the key risk factors around heroin overdose and provide strategies to reduce the harms associated with injecting drug use. This is the fifth and last key message in a suite of materials comprising posters, stickers and wallet cards that have been distributed through NSPs and alcohol and drug services. We hope you will use the resources to promote the benefits of and access to the range of treatment options for clients. We have also included in this package an evaluation survey. We are very keen to receive your comments about the value of the materials, and the response of clients to the materials. Your input is vital in assessing the effectiveness of the campaign and determining directions for future campaigns for injecting drug users.
