Mental Health Reform Strategy is responsible for the development and implementation of Because mental health matters: Victorian Mental Health Reform Strategy 2009-2019, the review of the Mental Health Act 1986 and the blueprint for alcohol and other drug treatment services 2009–2013 reforms. The Unit also manages the key strategic functions of measuring service systems performance, data analysis, reporting and strategic planning across the Mental Health and Drugs Division.
