The WD team provided advice to the Diabetes Prevention & Management Initiative (DPMI) project advisory group on evidence and best practice in relation to footcare assessment and clinical pathways, worked with the advisory group to develop an assessment tool and action plan that was feasible for the local area and developed supporting literature and training modules. Contained in this section are the supporting literature, training modules and assessment forms.
