Photo shows a facility boundary fence which is black painted metal, approximately 1.5 metres high with vertical bars about 10cms apart. The fence is attractive but cannot be climbed. There is a garden bed inside the fence with flowering plants of different heights from tallest at the fence to lowest at the front where there is a wide smooth concrete path.
Along the path there is a wooden table and chairs, all with rounded edges. The environment provides a safe and secure area for people to walk, sit and use wheelchairs, see the view to outside and look at the plants in the garden bed.
