Overview

Over 140 attended the third 2006 Primary Health Provider Forum – Chronic disease management – everybody's business on 14 December 2006.

Associate Professor Malcolm Battersby, Director, Human Behaviour and Health Research Unit and Senior Lecturer, Psychiatry, Flinders University, was the keynote speaker at the forum. He spoke on the Wagner Chronic Care Model, a model that helps provide a comprehensive approach to the management of chronic disease.
