Overview

This document describes the data collection and reporting requirements for agencies funded by the Community and Women’s Health Program (C&WH) and those program-funded agencies that provide services to Department of Veterans’ Affairs members.

The main purposes of this document are:

• To provide a comprehensive description of the data collection system, processes and data reporting requirements to assist funded agencies with data collection and reporting.
• To outline the roles and responsibilities of parties involved in the data reporting processes as well as data quality standards, validation rules and the feedback processes.
