Integrated Health Promotion (IHP) Reporting

Overview

All organisations funded for IHP are required to report against their IHP activity using the new IHP Reporting Measures. Details about funded organisation requirements.

Data reported will be aggregated and analysed to produce an annual report to the Primary Health sector to support Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and build the evidence base for IHP.

To support this work, the Department has released initial information resources that document the development of the IHP Reporting Measures.

At this stage, it is envisioned that the data collection tools will be released for viewing in early 2010.  At that stage, specific training will be undertaken regarding the use of the data collection tools. The first data collection will occur in July 2010.
