The above statewide agencies provide a mix of primary health and health promotion services relevant to their particular contexts. Integrated health promotion reporting and planningThese guidelines have been developed by the Department of Health to support organisations funded for Integrated Health Promotion in the development of a three year IHP plan for 2009-2012 and in the implementation of new planning and reporting requirements.
