The above statewide agencies provide a mix of primary health and health promotion services relevant to their particular contexts. Health promotion reporting and planningStatewide Agencies and Community and Women's Health (C&WH) Agencies report health promotion activities to DHS. DHS provides some flexibility in the reporting and planning of health promotion activities; therefore each agency may vary in its methodology. The Community and Women’s Health Integrated Health Promotion Planning and Reporting Guidelines 2006-2009 are below. Each region may vary in its application of these planning and reporting guidelines. Please contact your Regional Health Promotion Advisor (RHPA) or Local Program Service Advisor (PASA) for the (reporting and planning) template and due dates for your agency. Primary Health Branch Policy & Funding Guidelines 2006-07 to 2008-09 Integrated Health Promotion Planning Directions 2009-2012. Interim Advice is now available.
