Central Bayside Community Health Services Ballarat and district division of general practices Wimmera Primary Care Partnership Plan, Do, Study, Act project to improve feedback to general practiceSeven community health services are working with their local divisions of general practice to do rapid Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) quality improvement cycles aimed at improving community health’s engagement with general practice. The PDSA cycles will initially focus on improving feedback to general practice from community health on services provided to their clients and recommended follow-up treatments/services.
