Commonwealth Medical Benefits Schedule (MBS) is available by downloading

The Department of Human Services recommends that individual Community Health
Services seek their own legal advice as to whether they are operating within
the guidelines of the Health Insurance Act 1973, sub section 19(2).

TAC
Information on practitioner eligibility and billing for medical care provided
to patients eligible for TAC rebates can be obtained from the TAC
website or by calling 1300 654 329 or 1800332 556.
Workcover
Information on practitioner eligibility, practitioner registration and billing
for medical care provided to patients who suffered a workplace place injury
can be obtained from the Victorian
WorkCover Authority (VWA) website or by calling 1800 136 089. In an emergency
telephone 13 23 60.
Veteran Affairs
It is recommended that CHSs GPs register with DVA to become "Locum
Medical Officer" (LMO). A LMO is general practitioner who is registered
with DVA and who participates in the Repatriation Comprehensive Care Scheme
(RCCS). Further information is available from the Department
of Veterans' Affairs website.

Enhanced Primary Care Item - 115% of the full MBS
Medical or Surgical Procedures - 115% of the full MBS
Other GPs receive
