Aggregate (Template) reporting requirements

This page provides details about aggregate (template) reporting for Community & Women's Health funded activities. Only agencies that have written permission from the Department of Human Services can continue aggregate reporting in 2009-10.

2009-2010

Agencies requiring templates for CWH activity reporting in 2009-10 must obtain these from their lead Region. Template reported data will not be accepted unless written permission has been obtained from DHS to continue this reduced level of reporting in the 2009-10 financial year.

2008-2009

Agencies requiring templates for CWH activity reporting in 2008-09 must obtain these from their lead Region.
