This document specifies the data collection and reporting requirements for agencies funded by the Community and Women’s Health (CWH) Program in 2009-10. These changes will come into effect from 1st July 2009 for reporting of activity delivered the 2009-10 financial year.

Changes from 2008-09 v3.01 have been kept to a minimum for this v3.02 release and are summarised in the preamble of the document. For ease of use, text changes from v3.01 have been highlighted in blue text and element specification changes have been additionally hightlighted in yellow.

The document has been prepared for vendors of client management systems that Primary Health funded agencies use to report Community & Women’s Health activity in order to meet their service agreement obligations for this funding.

2008-09 Primary Health Multi-Purpose Report (Version 3.0.1) Specification

This data extract is designed to meet the Department of Human Services (DHS), Community & Women’s Health (C&WH) program quarterly reporting requirements. However, there may be occasions when an additional report is required to report on data not collected by the main client management system eg. Fees collected may be managed by a separate software package. The purpose of this document is to specify the requirements of the 2008-09 Primary Health Multi-Purpose Report to enable software providers to make necessary changes.
