How to request support from the ICDM Industry Advisors

You can submit a written request for local, consultancy support from the ICDM Industry Advisor by email or you may prefer to phone and discuss the support that you require.

Support request

Your request should consider

1. What is the initiative/project/activity?
2. What sort of support do you require?
3. What will be the objectives of the Industry Advisor support?
4. Will partner organisations be involved and which ones?
5. What timelines are likely to be involved?  When will the Industry Advisor involvement commence and conclude?

Requests can be made by any or all of the following

1. PCP staff
2. PCP member agencies
3. DHS regional offices

Examples of how the ICDM Industry Advisors supported PCPs in 2008-09 are

1. planning and identi21 September, 2009nd local agreements
2. strategies for engagement of private providers
3. consumer consultation
4. research and evaluation of PCP ICDM activities.

Telephone or email support on smaller issues is available without the need for a structured request.
