Module Three Training is a one day workshop from 9am to 5pm. In order to attend you must have completed Modules One, Two and Four.

RCA Peer Support Meeting Dates 2009-10

Thursday 19 November 2009 from 2pm - 4pm
Tuesday 20 April 2010 from 10am - 12noon

The purpose of the peer support meetings is to:

• discuss the sentinel event process from a department and health service perspective
• provide examples of root cause analysis (RCA) reports
• provide a forum for discussion with member of the group about barrier/strategies that they have encountered in their health service

These meetings will only be held if there are at least 10 attendees.
