Registration

To register and receive your Athens login (username and password) to access all CHC resources both onsite and offsite, please complete the registration form: Apply for a Clinicians Health Channel access account.

After you have registered you will automatically receive via email your username and a link to activate your account. This will allow you to create your own password.
