Reporting Pro-forma
The aim of this reporting format is to provide a framework to assist project/program staff in writing their reports for the Department. It will also help us to identify common themes or issues across a number of project/programs. As the headings suggest, the Quality Branch is interested in both the outcomes of the projects and programs, as well as the organisational characteristics which can impact on the up take of evidence based approaches to clinical practice and care processes.
