Demand Management Clearing House

The Hospital Demand Management Group maintained a database of reference material relating to hospital demand management, including journal articles, reports and material published by interstate and international health authorities.

The Clearing House offered the following services to staff involved with hospital demand management at Victorian Health Services and the Department of Human Services:

• a weekly email containing links to online news about hospital demand policy, implementation and issues around the world
• a bimonthly email containing bibliographic details and abstracts for recent additions to the Clearing House
• keyword searches of the Clearing House database can be performed on request

Links to online items were included with bibliographic details wherever possible.

Items in the Clearing House which were not available online were accessible through libraries. Contact your own institutional library to discuss their holdings and their inter-library loan policy.
