HARP EvaluationIn March 2002 the HARP Reference Group established an Evaluation sub-committee with Associate Professor Jeremy Anderson, Acting Director for the Centre for Clinical Effectiveness, Monash University as its chair. Bearing Point (formerly KPMG) was appointed by the Department in November 2002 to undertake an independent evaluation of HARP. The overarching aim of the HARP evaluation is to 'Identify interventions and models of care that are effective in improving clinical outcomes and reducing the preventable use of health services'.
