Ambulatory CareCare in your community represents a significant change in how health care will be delivered in the future. It is a vehicle for building the capacity of the Victorian health care system to deliver person-centred health care in community settings, reducing the need for in-patient care, and improving the health outcomes of Victorians. For more information see: Care in your community Carer and Consumer Workshop The Care in your community Carer and Consumer Workshop was held on 27 April, 2007. The Workshop was well attended with attendees representing both carer and consumer perspectives. Heather Wellington and Alison Hallahan from the team of consultants engaged to work with the implementation of Care in your community facilitated the workshop.
