General notes in using the guidelines

These guidelines relate to responsibility for fees for users of Ambulance Victoria.
In determining liability of individuals for the payment of fees, Table 6, which lists entitlements under the State Concession Scheme and the Ambulance Membership Scheme, should be consulted.
