Finance Annual Returns for 2000 - 01

The Annual Return should be completed using the guidelines below and the Financial Management Act 1994 and Annual Reporting Requirements - Public Hospitals 2000 - 2001.

Rural Hospitals should direct all queries to the Regional Office. Metropolitan hospitals should direct queries to their Account Manager for assistance.
