Welcome to the AIMS website

The Agency Information Management System (AIMS) is an on-line entry system and reporting facility primarily used to collect summary level statistical and financial information from Victorian hospitals to the Department of Human Services. Data collected via AIMS is used by business units of the department to maintain Health Service Agreements and for comparisons of hospitals costs, outputs and services.

The Health Data Development Unit of the Department of Human Services is responsible for the administration of AIMS, including data collection, distribution, reporting, and system development.

AIMS collections are submitted to the department via the Health Collect Portal.
