Low Cost Accommodation Support ProgramsPage contents: Overview | Low Cost Cost Accommodation Support News | Further information OverviewThe Low Cost Accommodation Support Programs have been developed to respond to the needs of adults and older people who have unmet complex needs and are homeless or living in insecure or low-cost accommodation. Through a proactive outreach model these programs engage with, assess, and link these people into relevant health, community care and welfare services in order to improve their health and social connectedness, and to stabilise their accommodation circumstances.
