  This service provides assessment for older people with more complex needs and facilitates access to residential and packaged care.

• Residential Aged Care Services
  Residential aged care is for older people who can no longer live at home and require continuous supported care.

• Personal Alert Victoria (PAV)
  A 24 hour a day monitoring service for frail and isolated older people.

  Low cost eye care services for older people including spectacles, contact lenses and eye examinations.
