Public sector residential Aged Care quality of care performance indicator reportPage content: Overview | Download document OverviewIn 2003, the Aged Care Branch of the Department of Human Services (Victoria) contracted the Gerontic Nursing Clinical School of La Trobe University to develop a set of quality of care performance indicators for the State’s public sector residential aged care services (RACS)1.
