  • If you have a setback, stay positive and get goingagain as soon as you can by setting some new short term goals.
  • Plan your activity in advance so you will be more committed to doing it.
  • Monitor your progress by keeping a record of your daily or weekly activities.
  • Review your goals on a regular basis.
  • Add varie4 September, 2006hoose activities you can do with friends so that it can be a social outing as well.
  • Try an activity you have always wanted to do.
  • If you feel tired or ill listen to your body and take some time out to rest.
