Falls prevention projects and DH regional contacts

Aged Care Branch provides opportunities for Primary Care Partnership (PCP) member agencies, research organisations and others to work within an integrated health promotion framework to reduce falls and related injuries among older people. Agencies could include health service providers, local governments, public sector residential aged care services, gymnasiums and the fitness industry and a mix of non-health sector organisations including manufacturers, retailers and schools.
