Preventing falls

An information brochure that provides residents and families with general information about falls in residential aged care services. It includes a brief self-checklist to determine if a resident is at risk of falls. It also outlines some risk factors for falls and how residents can work with staff to help prevent falls.

This is a modified version of the brochure available with the FRAT Pack.
